The Coffee Spot begon met een simpel maar krachtig idee tijdens de coronatijd: een passie voor koffie omzetten in een plek waar mensen samenkomen. Vanuit Victor’s koffietruck aan het iconische Spaarne ontstond een droom – die uitgroeide tot een vaste waarde in Haarlem voor goede koffie, fijne sfeer en vers eten.

We hebben Victor’s Espresso, de allereerste specialty koffiezaak van Haarlem, in een nieuw jasje gestoken: toegankelijk, warm en met oog voor kwaliteit. Onze koffie wordt nog altijd gebrand volgens Victor’s unieke recept, dat hij sinds 2000 heeft ontwikkeld. Die ervaring proef je in elke slok.

Onze menukaart is net zo zorgvuldig samengesteld: van energierijke bowls en verse smoothies tot huisgemaakte taarten, vegan en glutenvrije lekkernijen, en populaire lunchgerechten zoals de Pulled Chicken sandwich, Smashed Avocado toast en warme tosti’s.

In de zomer van 2024 openden we onze tweede locatie aan de Turfmarkt. Een iets rustiger plek, op het randje van het centrum, waar koffie en lifestyle samenkomen. Hier geniet je van dezelfde kwaliteit, met een eigen karakter.

Met een derde locatie onderweg blijven we doen wat we het liefste doen: Haarlem verrijken met de beste specialty coffee, ontbijt en lunch in een omgeving waar je je thuis voelt.

The Coffee Spot started with a simple but bold idea during the COVID era: to turn a love for coffee into a place where people come together. From Victor’s coffee truck along Haarlem’s iconic Spaarne, a dream took root—one that’s grown into a trusted name for specialty coffee, great food, and good energy.

We’ve reimagined Victor’s Espresso, Haarlem’s first-ever specialty coffee bar, with a fresh and modern twist. Our coffee is still roasted according to Victor’s original recipe, developed since 2000—and you can taste that heritage in every cup.

Our menu is carefully crafted: energizing bowls, fresh smoothies, homemade cakes, vegan and gluten-free options, and favorite lunch items like our Pulled Chicken sandwich, Smashed Avocado toast, and toasted classics.

In the summer of 2024, we opened our second location at Turfmarkt—a calmer spot just outside Haarlem’s bustling center, where coffee meets lifestyle in a relaxed, light-filled space.

With a third location on the way, we continue to do what we love: sharing the best specialty coffee in Haarlem, paired with breakfast, lunch, and a welcoming vibe.
